Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Pousada Céu e Serra over Christmas was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the serene landscape of Carrancas, this retreat beautifully marries the tranquility of nature with cozy warmth. After a long day of exploring the stunning waterfalls nearby, unwinding in my luxurious chalet equipped with a mini kitchen and balcony hammock was pure bliss. What really stole my heart was the stunning Hall of the Pyramid, where I indulged in yoga and meditation sessions that resonated with my passion for wellness. The staff were accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed, including a good welcome drink to kickstart my journey. Plus, the on-site store filled with local handicrafts and crystals became the perfect spot to find unique souvenirs to bring back home to Toronto. Each morning, as I sipped my tea and watched the sun rise over the hills, I felt a profound connection to the land and an invigorating sense of peace that I long for in my everyday life. Pousada Céu e Serra is undoubtedly a gem for anyone seeking not just a vacation, but a soulful retreat immersed in nature's beauty. I can't wait to share this experience with my readers!
